Hair Cuttery at 5300 Northwest Highway Unit B, Crystal Lake, Illinois.

When I arrived the hair dresser told me it would be 15 minutes wait, which I waited for patiently. I was on a time schedule and was hoping I could get a hair cut within 45 minutes of the time I arrived. After 20 minutes waiting, then then told me it would be 20 minutes, no kidding.. I've already been sitting there for 20 minutes. Then after 30 minutes, and I would have been next for a quick trim, a customer walked in and started asking the hairdresser about product, while I sat there in shock that this hair dresser would actually have me sit there waiting while she tried to help someone choose product, which she didn't end up purchasing anyway. I WALKED OUT! I couldn't believe it! I wasted 35 minutes of my time waiting for this sub standard hair dresser. I ended up going to Super Cuts and got in immediately and was out in 15 minutes. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION, THEY ARE RUDE, AND THEY DON'T DO A VERY GOOD JOB!!!!!!
